Throwing Strikes 101 - Forest Hills Field |

| What: | Ages: 9 - 12 year olds This small class is designed for players who want to learn proper pitching fundamentals, increase velocity, improve control, and learn how to pitch with good pace of play. Pitchers will learn strategy, how to consistently throw strikes, and develop mound composure. Space is limited. |
