Home Run Baseball Camp now offers the option of paying via PayPal. This online application must be completed for each camper. After completing this application you will be taken to a form to choose the sessions and after options. Registration is NOT complete until the payment process is complete. Save your confirmation email for your records. A completed application must be on file for every camper. Your confirmation email from PayPal is your confirmation. Campers who apply for sessions which are full will be notified and placed on a waiting list. By submitting this form you agree to the following: My child has had an athletic physical within the year and has my permission to attend Home Run Baseball Camp. In case of an accident or any medical emergency, and if I, my spouse or emergency contacts cannot be located, I authorize the staff to call my child's physician to arrange for medical and/or surgical care.
